Esthetic Composite (Veneer)

BEFORE

AFTER

This patient’s front right upper tooth didn’t fully erupt. She didn’t want to do orthodontics (braces), nor did she realize that something could be done to improve the esthetics instantly in one day. Without removing any tooth structure, a composite veneer was placed on the tooth to elongate it. She was not interested in trying to match the gum levels. A huge improvement!

This patient broke part of a filling on his right front tooth. His left front tooth is a crown. We were able to change the shape of tooth (we made it longer and fuller). He was pleased that we were able to match the tooth to his existing crown.

This patient had an accident as a child and broke her two front teeth. They had been repaired a couple of times already, and the fillings were aged and unappealing. She was very pleased to hear that we could repair them for her in a much more esthetic way and very conservatively without any loss of tooth structure. She was very pleased with her new smile.

This patient’s teeth were uneven and chipped. He decided to do Invisalign to straighten his teeth first. The “before” photo is at completion of aligner therapy, prior to composite bonding. You can still see the attachments (for Invisalign) on his teeth. He was very pleased with the final results.

Many years ago, this patient broke his two front teeth and had fillings placed. More recently, the filing on his upper right front tooth broke off. We recommended that we also redo the filling on the left front tooth, but he wanted to do only the right one. He was so pleased with the repair that now he wants to replace the filling on the upper front left tooth as well!

Esthetic Composites

BEFORE

AFTER

This patient has had a lot of wear and chipping on her front teeth, as well as decay. So we removed the decay and built up her teeth to be more esthetic, as well as functional.

Esthetic Composites

BEFORE

AFTER

This patient had an old filling on his front right tooth that had chipped, and a lot of wear. The two teeth next to it had enamel erosion, so we decided to cover all three teeth esthetically and conservatively. He was very happy, and he left with a huge smile.

This patient fell on his tooth many years ago and broke his tooth. He had to have a root canal done on his tooth and they placed a filling. The tooth is discolored from the trauma, and the filling was leaking so we removed the large filling and caries. An attempt was made to hide the darkness of the tooth, but due to the amount of tooth missing, there were some limitations to preserve as much tooth structure as possible. The patient was pleased with the esthetics but also that we were able to restore the tooth without having to remove more tooth structure than necessary.

BEFORE

AFTER

This patient did not like the stained cracks on her two front teeth or the small chip on her next tooth. Also, the enamel was thinned out a lot from erosion so the teeth had a darker shade. She was very surprised and pleased with the results!

Esthetic Composites

BEFORE

AFTER

This patient had a filling that fell out and a cavity. Her primary desire was to make her upper left front tooth look like her upper right front tooth. She was very happy when she saw the results: her two front teeth now match!

Esthetic Composites

BEFORE

AFTER

This patient had composite veneers done years ago. The one on her front right tooth and the one next to it had broken off. She only wanted to fix the front right tooth today. This was a very conservative way (completely additive) to make her tooth longer. No tooth structure was removed.

This patient’s main concern was her upper front right tooth. We informed her that we can straighten her teeth in our office, and she was interested in our Invisalign option but cannot do it at this time. So we informed her that we can still make the tooth look straight with a very conservative approach (without removing tooth structure) – though we explained to her that it wouldn’t be as good as straightening her teeth first. However, at the end the procedure, the patient was so surprised at how much better the tooth looked. She was very pleased, and it took less than one hour.

Years ago, this young girl had an accident where she broke her two front teeth and then saw another dentist to repair them with fillings. She came into our office because the upper right front filling had fallen off. In examining her, we saw that the filling on the front left tooth which was still intact was very short. We were able to restore both teeth in one visit, to look more natural and in line with her beautiful smile. Her teeth in general are small, so we left the gap between her two front teeth so they wouldn’t look too large and unnatural. For years, she had been embarrassed to smile, but she left with a radiant, beaming smile.  A very special moment!

This patient was surprised to find out that we could close the gap between his teeth without doing braces. He was so surprised at how natural his teeth looked and that he couldn’t see the composites.

This patient broke her tooth and had a filling placed years ago, which fell out while she was eating. She had a gap between the two teeth and wanted to close the space. It was a challenging request, because she only wanted work done on the damaged/chipped tooth. Therefore, we had to close the gap without making the tooth that received the bonding look noticeably larger than her other front tooth. The patient was very happy that we were able to close the gap in this manner and make it look natural and balanced.

BEFORE

This patient had a very large gap between his two front teeth, because he’d had fillings before that had broken. We discovered it was due to his bite (his lower tooth was hitting his filling). The patient was so surprised and pleased with the results. It really changed his whole smile.

Esthetic Composites

BEFORE

This patient chipped his front tooth. We were able to bond some composite filling material, blending it in to match his natural shade. He was very pleased.

Esthetic Composites

BEFORE

AFTER

This patient was surprised to find out how simple it was to fix her uneven two front teeth with a very conservative procedure (without removing any tooth structure). And she was even more pleased to find out that we could do this without anesthetic! We bonded composites (filling material) to her existing tooth structure, blending it in to make them look natural. The patient was very pleased with the results and left with a huge smile!

This young woman’s front tooth grew into her mouth with a discoloration. When we asked her if she wanted to fix it, she was surprised that we could do that for her. We removed the discoloration and bonded a composite filling material that blended so well onto her tooth, it’s unnoticeable!  A very conservative and painless procedure, in one quick visit.

Esthetic Composites

This patient chipped her front tooth, and she also did not like the spots on her canine tooth. We were able to remove the spots and build up her teeth very conservatively and naturally using composite bonding.

Esthetic Composites

BEFORE

AFTER

This patient chipped her upper front left tooth and wanted it fixed. In the process, we pointed out that her upper right front tooth had a slant and asked if she would like it straightened out. So both front teeth were treated. The patient was so happy with the result!

Lower front tooth with enamel malformation. The patient had been unhappy with the white spot on her lower front tooth, as it showed when smiling and speaking. She was very pleased that we could conservatively improve it for her in less than 30 minutes!

Esthetic Composites

BEFORE

AFTER

This patient did not like how her two front teeth looked. She thought she needed crowns. Instead, we gave her the option to do a much more conservative procedure that would only remove cavities and defective fillings and allow her to keep as much healthy tooth as possible. All in one visit. She was very pleased with the results. (Note: Her upper teeth are very dehydrated as they were kept dry during the procedure. When they rehydrate, the shade will look even more natural).

Esthetic Composites

This patient was not happy with the black triangles between her lower anteriors, and she was also wearing into her roots. She was super pleased with the results. This was a very conservative way to protect her roots, as well as to improve the esthetics of her lower anteriors.

We are currently accepting new patients!
